Amazon company, Payfort, has announced the launch of the #StartUpStayUp initiative which aims at supporting startups and SMEs in the UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The company has launched a $272,200 (AED1 million) initiative in the UAE aimed at supporting start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Payfort will fund a three-month digital marketing campaign across multiple media channels. This includes organic, paid, influencer campaigns, video content production, email marketing campaigns and internal marketing promotions. Over a hundred startup and SMB merchant partners will benefit from the initiative. The marketing campaign’s aim is to increase traffic to their online sites and to boost revenues.
The initiative will also roll out in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
