Dubai unveils its Creator HQ at the third 1 Billion Followers Summit, in an attempt to establish itself as a digital innovation hub. They will base the HQ in Emirates Tower and back it with the Content Creators Support Fund valued at USD 40.8 million (AED 150 million). The initiative aims to attract 10,000 influencers to establish the Emirates as a premier destination for digital content creators.

All-Comprehensive Service

The initiative seeks to tap into the booming creator economy while supporting the UAE’s mission to diversify its economy. Furthermore, it aims to position the UAE as a digital innovation hub. The initiative launched under the summit’s “Content for Good” theme bringing together over 15,000 influencers 420 speakers and experts.

This is an-all comprehensive initiative, providing services beyond just a co-working space.  Their plan is to provide services that fulfill each aspect of a content creator’s professional journey. Additionally, the perks include assistance with UAE Golden Visa applications, relocation support and guidance for company setup and registration.

Influencer Golden Visa

The UAE Golden Visa for creators allows them to stay in the UAE between 5 to 10 years without renewal or a national sponsor. This is to create initiative for creators to stay in the UAE on a long-term basis. 

The Creators HQ is set to oversee 300 events and workshops every year whilst adapting to the demand of the global creator economy. They aim to target key players in creative industries such as advertising, marketing, media, music, animation, fashion and lifestyle. Additionally, they aim to partner with social media platforms, streaming services, gaming and E-sports firms, VR/AR developers and AI and machine learning startups
