ArabyAds acquires the global influencer marketing platform indaHash. The acquisition comes close after ArabyAds’ recent $30 million pre-series B funding round led by AfricInvest, in which the startup said it would be using the capital on global expansions and acquisitions.
The acquisition will enable ArabyAds to expand its global footprint and accelerate technological advancements. indaHash’s founders will run and manage the company’s operations as part of the larger management group.
indaHash was founded in 2016 in Poland and has successfully executed influencer marketing campaigns since its launch including world leaders such as Adidas, Danone, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Samsung, and IKEA.
