Fitbit 5, a health and wellness smartwatch, went down last Tuesday. Users who have taken to Reddit and Twitter to air their frustrations report they were having trouble syncing and charging their watch on both Android and iOS for almost the entire day.

Around 10:45 EET, the Fitbit Support account tweeted that the problem has been resolved.

The global outage is the latest in a series of complaints this summer, including slow ionic recalls and scrambled blood oxygen graphs for Android users. Last March, Fitbit’s Ionic smartwatch was recalled for burning 78 users. The company issued full refunds in apology.

Despite these recent failures, Fitbit is due to feature in an integration with Google on their newest Pixel Watch.
