Insider, a platform for individualized cross-channel experiences, acquired MindBehind, a conversational commerce and messaging platform.
Insider enables enterprise marketers to connect customer data across channels and systems, predict their future behavior with an AI intent engine and individualize customer experiences.
This acquisition will enable Insider to accelerate the development of its conversational solutions with MindBehind’s technology. The move will mean marketers can design and deploy highly effective conversational customer experiences, that improve customer engagement, increase lead generation, and boost sales revenue.

MindBehind also recently expanded to the Middle East with a Dubai office last year. MindBehind is an international conversation management company that connects customers to intelligent virtual assistants or live agents through any messaging channel for maximum efficiency.
