Tenmou, Bahrain’s first business angel investing company, has opened registration for the MENA Angel Investment Summit 2024. The ninth edition of this event will take place on November 24, 2024, at the Wyndham Grand Manama. This summit is a key gathering for startups and investors in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The event is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week and is supported by the Labour Fund “Tamkeen” and “Al-Jabr Mena.”

Connecting Startups, Investors, and Stakeholders

The summit aims to create connections between entrepreneurs, investors, and stakeholders in the tech startup ecosystem. This collaboration will help promote innovation and foster investment opportunities across the region. Over 300 participants are expected to attend, including more than 20 tech startups from Bahrain, the MENA region, and other parts of the world.

Tenmou has invited investors from the region and tech startups seeking to showcase their innovations. Entrepreneurs, industry experts, and students are encouraged to register via Tenmou’s website. The event will feature presentations from selected startups, chosen by a panel based on submitted proposals.

Exploring the Latest in Technology

The summit provides participants with access to the latest developments in the technology sector. It also offers a space for direct interaction between investors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders. These exchanges will allow for collaboration and knowledge-sharing, further enhancing growth opportunities within the region’s startup ecosystem.

A Proven Commitment to Innovation

Suhail Algosaibi, Chairman of Tenmou, emphasized the importance of the event. “Tenmou’s organization of this event for the ninth consecutive year reflects our commitment to promoting innovation,” said Algosaibi. He also highlighted Tenmou’s goal of creating sustainable economic ecosystems where tech startups play a key role.

With each year’s success, Tenmou aims to attract a diverse range of participants. These participants can explore future partnerships that drive growth and innovation. Algosaibi thanked the event’s sponsors, including the Labour Fund “Tamkeen” and “Al Jabr Mena.”

Shaping the Future of Regional Startups

This summit comes at a time of growing confidence in the tech sector as a driver of economic growth. Tech startups are competing on a global scale and achieving valuations exceeding one billion dollars. Tenmou’s continued success in this sector shows the potential for both investors and innovators. The event reflects broader trends in venture capital investment and positions Tenmou as a leader in the MENA region.
