The healthtech startups plans to launch in Nigeria soon.

Vezeeta, the leading healthcare startup of the Middle East & North Africa has expanded to Kenya. Vezeeta’s doctor booking platform now lists doctors in Kenya’s capital Nairobi only and they will add more cities as they grow. The Cairo-born company, now headquartered in Dubai, announced the Kenya launch in a LinkedIn post today.

The Kenya launch comes two months after Vezeeta announced the closing of its $40 million Series D led by Abu Dhabi-based Gulf Capital with the participation of Saudi Technology Ventures.

The Dubai-headquartered company is also looking to expand to Nigeria within the next few weeks. Nana Frimpong, an international development professional who joined Vezeeta earlier this year is leading the company’s expansion in Africa.
