The Shopify ecommerce market credibility study 2021 predicts that 95% of all purchases will be made online by 2040. The lost opportunities because of lack of personalization is more than $750 billion dollars in 2021.

There’s a new trend happening which is experiential retail, top brands are doing a lot of great examples of experiential retail such as: Nike. 40% of brands prioritize experiential retail yet 57% challenging to implement it. 53% of the customers check the products in-store but buy online (and vice versa).
