Lincoln, French-based talent management company, acquires UAE’s recruitment agency, Cooper Fitch.
While Lincoln is a a talent management consultancy that mainly specializes in executive search, Cooper Fitch provides recruitment and HR services for organisations throughout the Gulf.
“This partnership leverages new opportunities for the company by offering strength in collaboration and providing added flexibility and resources to accelerate our expansion plans in Riyadh and Ireland whilst maintaining our brand, strategy, purpose and values,” said Trefor Murphy, Founder and CEO of Cooper Fitch.
Cooper Fitch will remain in the market with its existing name and brand identity, and will be using these additional resources to expand globally along with Lincoln.
This deal also include the joining of Cooper Fitch into The Talent Club, a global community of companies with an objective of “challenging the recruitment category status-quo” through talent-representation across different sectors.
